Level I

The Journey of the Major Arcana: A Creative Initiation into the Hidden Wisdom of the Tarot

Level I of Scola Hermetica opens the gates to a transformative journey through the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot de Marseille. This is not a course in prediction — it is a training in archetypal perception, an invitation into symbolic consciousness, and a creative alchemical initiation.

Each arcana becomes a living presence that calls the soul into dialogue. Through contemplative and energetic practices, participants activate the archetypes within themselves — and begin to walk the timeless spiral of self-knowledge.

Art As A Source For Inspiration

Each participant chooses a personal artistic medium — such as writing, painting, movement, sound, photography, or mixed media — to express their unique encounter with each arcana. These works become mirror-objects, revealing inner movements and soul-echoes. This creative expression becomes both personal ritual and shared language, preparing the ground for the deeper symbolic and elemental work of Levels II & III.

Level II

The Wisdom of the Elements and the Planets: A Symbolic Deepening into the Cosmos and the Natural World

Level II invites participants into a multi-layered exploration of astrosophy, natural philosophy, alchemical transformation and virtues. Rooted in the Hermetic law of correspondence — as above, so below — this level aligns the Tarot’s archetypes with the planets, elements, and virtues that govern both the cosmos and the inner self. This time the Alchemical Tarot deck will be our vessel for exploration.

The arcana now move and root themselves into the universe: mirroring basic planetary wisdom, elemental dynamics, and the sacred rhythm of transformation. Through meditative practices, group work and symbolic embodiment, participants map their individual soul journey in harmony with universal forces.

Tarot in Correspondence

The Major Arcana are now studied through their elemental and planetary correspondences. Participants continue to express and embody their insights, choosing practices aligned with their elemental needs.

Level III

Spinal & Social Alchemy: A Path of Virtue, Embodiment, and Collective Offering

Level III is the culmination of the Scola Hermetica journey — where inner alchemy becomes embodied and expressed in the world. Drawing on the spine’s energetic structure and the seven chakras, this level invites a layered integration of defects and virtues, planetary forces, and symbolic presence.

We move through the vertebrae of the spine, aligning with specific archetypes, elements, and virtues — from the coccyx to the crown. With tools such as Tarot, aura work, pendulum, and magnetism, participants enter a state of energetic refinement. The journey culminates in Social Alchemy, where inner work becomes outer offering.

The Alchemist in the World

Participants reflect on their unique virtue and practice offering it through speech, symbolic acts, or silent presence. The work becomes not only personal — but planetary.
