What Is Family Constellation?

Family Constellation is based on the understanding that recurring issues in one’s life may stem from invisible bonds, burdens, and emotional dynamics transmitted within the family system. During the sessions, the individual has the opportunity to externalize and observe these relationships in a represented space of their family. In this way, generational entanglements can be revealed and gently opened toward resolution, allowing the person to move forward on their path in a lighter and freer way.

What Are Systemic Constellations?

Systemic Constellations extend beyond the family and include broader systems such as work, relationships, career, money, well-being, or team dynamics. Every system has its own unique order and flow. In this work, blockages, roles, or unseen influences within any system the individual is part of can become visible. This enables the client to see the whole system more clearly and to take more grounded, balanced, and harmonious steps.
