Nalan Özkan Lecerf

I was born in Germany and lived there until I was 19. Getting back to Türkiye, I studied Translation Studies in Turkish-German and did years later a certificate programme in Human Resources and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in English. All of them at the Istanbul University.

I have been working for Mercedes-Benz Türk for 19 years as a Human Resources Specialist, mainly responsible for the internal communication process, orientation program, Diversity and diverse personnel development concepts. Furthermore I was co-founder and member of the corporate voluntary group and also gained experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). I also frequently acted as Master of Ceremony for events. In my last two corporate years, I was working as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Keen on personal/spiritual development, I was trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) by Dr. İnci Erkin and got certified by Taşkın Köksalan as a NLP Practitioner at the NLP Academy Turkey. Besides this I also got trained in Silva Method by Edis Danışmanlık. I entered the esoteric world thanks to my husband Nicolas. I am looking forward to be his lifelong student.

Being thirsty of expressing my creativity and interested in community welfare, I am participating into creative drama classes since 2017 (Çağdaş Drama Derneği, Istanbul). My drama thesis was approved in September 2020 (thesis ‘Eat Clean 101 Guide’ with Creative Drama) and I passed the state exam organized by the Ministry of Education in order to be a Creative Drama facilitator in November 2021.

In order to broaden my perspective regarding the balance of ‘body-soul-mind’ which is essential to well-being, I participated into the Functional Medicine Life Coaching program with focus on nutrition and became a Functional Medicine Life Coach in 2019 (Functional Tıp Platformu, Istanbul). I joined Zeynep Aksoy’s Advayta Yoga Specialist Program (200 hours) in October 2020 and graduated in March 2021. In 2022 I had the chance to meet Seda Rodop (Radia Gelişim) and through her Yishai Gaster (The Constellation’s Path) and became the translator of their international Constellation training program. I went through a certification process as well.

I speak Turkish, German and English (all fluent).
