Toast Bread

  • 1 tablespoon of flour (buckwheat, quinoa, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon of yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of carbonate, activated with lemon juice/vinegar/mineral water

1 serving. Multiply the measure by the number of servings.


Mix the ingredients, pour the dough on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 20 minutes. Let it cool down, divide the dough into squares and place the desired ingredients (cheese, tomatoes, etc.) in between. Toast in the toaster.

You can also cook the dough in a pan or directly in the toaster. If you put baking paper on the pan, toaster, you will keep your kitchen clean 🙂
