Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup dried mulberry powder
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 very ripe persimmon (processed in a blender)
- 1 ripe banana (sliced)
- 1.5 cup flour (we used teff flour)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp carbonate
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice (or mix of 1 tsp cinnemon, 1/4 tsp each ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients, pour the dough into a mold lined with baking paper. Bake around 40-45 minutes at 170 degrees. Make a toothpick test before taking it out of the oven.
