Pastry With Buckwheat Flour

Rule of thumb method, intuitive recipe 🙂

Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp raw buckwheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • carbonate with tip of a spoon (activated with vinegar, lemon juice or sparkling water)
  • salt
  • grated cheese, curd cheese (handful)
  • olive oil
  • sunflower seeds and 2 egg yolk as topping

Preparation

Mix the ingredients, take as much as you like from the dough and shape pastries. Brush pastries with egg yolk and spread sunflower seeds as toppings. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees until they turn golden brown.
