Omelete Patty

| Nalan for Hygeia
  • 5 eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour (w/o gluten or low gluten)
  • 1/2 tsp carbonate activated with vinegar
  • drinking water (add until dough is smooth)
  • topping cheese, tomatoes, dried pepper in olive oil, basil, sesame, salt
  • Bake at 175 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
