Juicy Apple Müsli (w/o milk)

| Nalan for Hygeia


  • 1 medium sized apple
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon unprocessed honey
  • pinch of cinnemon and salt


Grate the apple including the peel and stir in the lemon juice to prevent the apple from turning brown. Add the other ingredients and stir to blend. Enjoy immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours or overnight, allowing the oats to soften and the flavors to mingle.
