Pastry W/O Flour

| Nalan for Hygeia


* 500 gr quark cheese
* 10 eggs
* 60 gr psyllium husk
* 0.5 tsp carbonate, little vinegar or lemon juice


Pass the quark cheese and eggs in a food processor. Add pysllium husk and activated carbonate. Mix the dough, take small pieces and shape them into round pastries. Sprinkle sesame or poppy on top of each. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy.
