Easy Fig Pudding

| Nalan for Hygeia


* 4 dried figs

* 1 glass of milk (we used plant-based milk)

* your favourite toppings (we used ground black grape seeds and pistachio powder, walnut – hazelnut or almond and cinnamon can be used instead)


Chop the dried figs and soak them in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Then put them in the heated (hot) milk and grind the ingredients with a blender. Pour the thick liquid into bowls and let them rest for 2-3 hours at room temperature. Decorate and enjoy.
