Buckwheat Bread

  • 250 grams of raw buckwheat
  • 3 cups of lukewarm water
  • 5 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 6-8 dried tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • tumeric


The raw buckwheat is soaked in warm water for 8-10 hours. Afterwards strain the buckwheat, add a little water and drain it into the kitchen robot mixer. Add the other mentioned ingredients and/or those of your choice and pour the dough into a baton cake mold covered with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C for 25-30 min.

The buckwheat bread at the bottom of the image was prepared by one of our clients. Dried tomatoes were not included in the elimination diet which was given by the Functional Medicine doctor she went. Instead she used walnuts and olives.
